Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (E&I) Works for New Starch Manufacturing Facility.
Mechanical Works:
Fabrication, erection, testing & commissioning of 31 KM of carbon steel & stainless-steel piping.
Installation of 5450+ valves, fittings, and 1150+ major process equipment including tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, conveyors, mixers, dryers, scrubbers, centrifuges, and full packing lines.
Electrical & Instrumentation Works:
Complete installation & commissioning of DCS & PLC systems, MCCs, MDBs, UPS & battery systems.
Installation 300 KM of power & signal cabling, transmitters, gauges, junction boxes, SS/PU tubing, and full grounding systems.
Highlights:
Delivering one of the UAE’s most advanced starch processing plants.
Integration of complex mechanical, electrical & automation systems under a single contract.
